Able Restoration Helps Rescue the Special Signal Fire Association Canteen
For over 40 years, the Special Signal Fire Association has been driving canteen trucks to fires and other disasters to provide food and drinks to firefighters and victims of the disasters free of charge. The trucks are managed 24/7, 365 days a year by an all-volunteer crew, respond immediately and make over 500 site runs a year in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut.
Recently, the Association lost their biggest sponsor, including use of the canteen truck, jeopardizing their ability to provide this service for those who bravely risk their lives for all of us on a daily basis.
Able Restoration has stepped in to help bring awareness and raise money to alleviate the loss of funding and equipment. Able has donated a canteen truck, warehouse space and supplies. Now, the Canteen needs your help.
